Hi, I’m Adam, owner and creator of Dorset Wheel Builds. With several years of experience in the cycle trade and being Cytech certified, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what riders truly need from their wheels.
I’ve loved bikes from a young age, but I could never quite find exactly what I wanted from off-the-shelf wheelsets. Learning to build my own wheels opened up a whole new level of compatibility, performance, and customisation for my bikes — and that passion eventually became Dorset Wheel Builds.
Now, I build custom wheels tailored to each rider’s needs, whether that’s for road, gravel, MTB, or everyday riding, combining reliability, precision, and attention to detail in every build.
